The USARSUPTHAI ASSOCIATION is proud to announce our reunion 20 - 22 September 2018 at Hampton Inn & Suites, in Huntsville, AL, for more detailed information go to the www.usarsupthai.webs.com or to www.facebook.com/events/115157362401697.

·        Leisure Guest Rooms, King or Queen @ $91.00 per night

·        Executive Guest Rooms, King or Queen @ $101.00 per night

 Group rates have been extended from 19 - 23 September 2018 for our guests who wish to arrive a day early or depart a day later for the reunion.

Check in begins at 3:00 pm on Thursday 20 September 2018, and check out at 11:00 am on Sunday 23 September 2018. We have reserved a block of 20 rooms that provide us a complimentary hospitality (meeting) room.

 

For those who attended the last reunion we conducted a seminar about “Proving AO Exposure in Thailand” which was a huge success.

 

The focus on this reunion will be a seminar “Your VA Claims Process” on 22 September 2018 conducted by US Army Veteran Benjy Rook, Certified VA Claims Agent.

o   BANQUET @ HOTEL 6PM – 9PM (Chicken, Beef, Pork or Fish – $25 per person)

NOTE: The hospitality room will be open daily throughout the reunion for sharing photos, memories and catching up with friends (old and new).

CHOICES: Marshall Space Center Bus Tour 12:30 ($20 pp); Redstone Arsenal Tour (at least have one ID Card holder); Veterans Museum (Donations) (Can arrange Group Tour); SWIRLL: The National Space Science Technology Center - SWIRLL is a core research facility (building) that houses infrastructure and ATS/ESSC staff and studens who are involved in research onsevere and hazardous weather, radar meteorology, lightning meterology, lightning physics, and air quality (Pickup Brochures in lobby); Space Museum ($24 pp); Bridge Street Shopping Center (within 1/2 mile); Botanical Gardens (One Raffle Ticket for admission).
